On the next screen, click on the "Forgot Password?" link and follow the password recovery instructions.
If you have provided us with a security phone number, we will use that to send you a verification code by text message. After you enter that code onscreen, you can set a new password and continue with your login.
If you have not provided us with a security phone number, we will mail you a printed letter with your new password. It may take up to two weeks to receive this letter, depending on the postal service in your location.
If you or your employer have activated the additional security verification settings for login, you will now be asked to enter a verification code. The verification code will be sent to your mobile phone.
Please note that the User ID and password for EquatePlus are unique and not related to any employee identification number.
