If you have forgotten your User ID:

Once you have been successfully identified, we will send you your User ID via email or letter.
User IDs are unique and cannot be changed. Your user ID is not related to your employee ID but created specifically for use with EquatePlus.

If you or your employer have activated the additional security verification settings for login, you will now be asked to enter a verification code. The verification code will be sent to your mobile phone.
Please note that the User ID and password for EquatePlus are unique and not related to any employee identification number.
How do I log in to EquatePlus for the first time?
To access your EquatePlus account for the first time, go to www.equateplus.com then follow the onscreen instructions. There are different ways to receive your User ID and initial password depending on how you were set up in the system. Only one of the options below will apply to you.
Option 1: You have received your User ID and initial password by letter (post/mail)
On the login page enter your User ID, then click continue

You will now be prompted to enter a new password of your choosing before being logged into the system.
Option 2: You have received your User ID by email

You will then be prompted for additional identifying information

How do I log in to EquatePlus from home if I am a Single Sign On (SSO) user?
Single Sign On (SSO) users typically access EquatePlus through a link from their employer's intranet. If you want to open EquatePlus when you do not have access to your SSO link, you will need your EquatePlus User ID and password.
To find your User ID and password:
Access EquatePlus through SSO
On the menu bar at the top of your EquatePlus screen, click on the Profile picture.
Select "Personal details" from the drop-down menu. This will bring you to the screen where you can view your User ID, and change your password if you wish to.
You can then use your User ID and new password to log in to EquatePlus from home and elsewhere.

What should I do in the event of the death of the account holder?
