If you have activated the 2-step verification login, you will then be asked to enter the code sent to your phone.
Please note that the user ID and password for EquatePlus are unique and not related to any employee identification number. The code sent to your phone for the 2-step verification login is valid only once and for a limited period of time, so please use it as soon as you receive it.
On the login page, enter your user ID, which you have received via email or letter.
On the following screen:
Please enter your password, if you have already received it in a separate letter.
If you have not yet received your password, please identify yourself by entering your email address (typically your business email address) and your date of birth. Once you are successfully identified, EquatePlus will send you your password in a separate letter.
After you login for the first time, you will be prompted to change your initial password. Your new password must be at least 7 characters long and contain the following:
Please make sure that your password is not a well-known, easily guessable password.
The subsequent screens will ask you to verify your personal information, including your preferred language, reporting currency, mailing address and the reporting period used for valuation of your portfolio. You can update this information at any time by clicking on your Profile picture on EquatePlus and following the relevant links to "Personal details" and "Preferences".
I forgot my user ID. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your user ID, please go to www.equateplus.com, click the "Forgot User ID?" link and follow the process instructions. Once you have been successfully identified, EquatePlus will initiate a new user ID email or letter.
I forgot my Password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, please go to www.equateplus.com and enter your user ID. On the following screen, click the "Forgot Password?" link and go through the password recovery process. Once you have been identified successfully, EquatePlus will initiate a new password letter to be sent to you. If you have previously activated 2-step verification login, instead of receiving a password letter you will be able to choose a new password immediately on the screen. Alternatively, you can always contact the Equatex Contact Centre at the number below, to request immediate access to EquatePlus.
I received the message "Invalid credentials". What should I do?
Check your credentials and try again. If you are still unable to proceed, please contact the Equatex Contact Centre at the number below.
