If you have activated the two-step login, on the following screen enter the code sent to your phone.
Note that the user ID and the password for EquatePlus are unique and not related to any employee identification number. The code sent to your phone on the two-step login is valid for one time only and for a limited period of time so it should be used as soon as it is received.
On the login page, enter your user ID, which you have received via email or a letter.

If you have already received your password in a separate letter, please enter it.
If you have not received your password yet, identify yourself by entering your email address (typically your business email address) and your date of birth. Once you are identified successfully, EquatePlus will send you the password in a separate letter.
After you login for the first time, you will be prompted to change your initial password. Your new password must be at least 7 characters long. Furthermore, it must contain the following character sets:
Please be aware, that your password should not be a well-known, easily guessable password.
The subsequent screens will ask you to verify your personal information, which includes your preferred language, preferred reporting currency, preferred mailing address and the reporting period used for valuation of your portfolio. You can update this information at any time in the future by using the links under Personal Data / Web Preferences.
I forgot my user ID. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your user ID, please go to www.equateplus.com, click the "Forgot User ID?" link and follow the process. Once you have been identified successfully, EquatePlus will initiate a new user ID email or letter.
I forgot my Password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, please go to www.equateplus.com and enter your user ID. On the following screen, click the "Forgot Password?" link and go through the password recovery process. Once you have been identified successfully, EquatePlus will initiate a new password letter to be sent to you. If you have activated the two-step login, instead of receiving a password letter you will be able to choose a new password on the screen. You can always contact EquatePlus Help Desk at the numbers listed above to get immediate access to EquatePlus.
I received the message "Invalid credentials.". What should I do?
